Flash Device has 2112-byte pages

• 2048 bytes of data + 64 bytes meta & ECC
  Blocks contain 64 SLC or 128 MLC pages
  Blocks divided into 2-4 planes
  Can read one page at a time
• Take 25$\mu$s + time to get data off chip
